U San Hlaing illustrated in Myatsumon since October 1988. He can draw different types by himself without dialogue. He was able to depict without giving him dialogue.
He can draw comics very well. His oil paintings were very perfect. In our magazine, we have two methods: freelance illustration and illustration paintings. U San Hlaing is very good at freelance illustration. When he illustrated the article his idea was very good and his works were neat and tidy.
He illustrated a variety of comics (11) series along with another artist U Kyaw Phyu San.
When he drew the illustration, he studied nature in detail and he drew it.
He will draw about the monk in the Konbaung era, he studied this era and then he illustrated it accordingly.
Some people did not know on which shoulder, the shaw should put on the picture of a monk depicting the rope. But U San Hlaing knew these traditions in detail, and as a result, he never made the mistake.
He depicted paintings in the nature of Nipatt as a rule. In this era very rare to be found. His paintings on mother nature were good because he was near to nature.
He drew along with U Sein and U Kyaw. He drew in Yadanarmon before he drew in Myat Su Mon. His works of 550 Stories of ancient zattaw and 10 kinds of Buddha’s life were very distinct. His colors were very interesting. In the life of the editor associated as if they were brothers.
